Carr is currently responsible for identifying and executing strategic initiatives to achieve Navy customer mission success and for growing the company's naval and maritime business. In this role, he helps Leidos technology answer critical customer challenges, including using naval autonomous and unmanned systems to increase U.S. Navy combat power, reduce risk, and keep sailors out of harm's way.
